Shared Hosting False alerts for disk space quota on emails

We are currently experiencing issues with our email system reporting full quota space to users whos quota isn't full if your quota isn't full it is ok to ignore this message as a false positive alert once we have updates they will be available here.

CHI Email Outage

We are currently seeing issues with both incoming and outgoing email on our CHI email system. We are still investigating the cause and will post updates as they become available.

UPDATE 10:17 MDT We are happy to report the incidents on CHI email related to slow webmail login along with inbound/outbound mail delays have been resolved. We will continue to monitor the status, we will provide our next update shortly.

UPDATE 10:40 MDT We are happy to report CHI email services are behaving normally. This is now considered resolved.

Update @ Fri Mar 15 11:30:34 MDT 2019 - This server has experienced a hardware failure. We are working getting replacement parts installed. We will provide an update as quickly as possible. Update @ Fri Mar 15 12:00:01 MDT 2019 - This server is up and available for use.

Partial Email Outage

We are aware there is an issue affecting our CHI email service. Our operations team is working to address an issue with our CHI email service. During this time, Webmail, IMAP/POP connections and incoming/outgoing mail may be affected.

We will provide an update once we have additional information.

UPDATE As of 16:57 UTC This issue is now resolved.
