Possible Intermittent Phone and Chat Outages, scheduled 4 years ago

We have been notified by an upstream provider that maintenance is going to be performed on our chat and phone systems. They do not expect any major outages to occur as a result of this maintenance.

If you do experience difficulties contacting us via phone or live chat, please either submit a ticket or wait a little while and try the chat/phone again.

Shared Hosting Initial Outage - wsl0008, wsl00009, wsl00018, wsl00029

Servers initially unreachable. Looked to be a load issue on the hypervisor. Load has come down and the servers are now accessible. Continuing to monitor.

UPDATE: @Fri May 17 16:41:17 MDT 2019 - wsl00009 was rebooted to restore service. UPDATE: @Fri May 17 16:45:08 MDT 2019 - wsl00009 is operational again. All VMs appear to be responding well.
