Update @ Tue Jun 11 06:41:11 MDT 2019: We have experienced a load spike on these servers. The load has now stabilized and the servers are under control. We keep monitoring the situation.

Update @ Tue Jun 11 01:40:56 MDT 2019: We have experienced an unexpected issue while performing maintenance on the server and had to reboot it. It is currently undergoing a file system integrity check, it is currently at 62% complete.

We are experiencing an issue with our SSL certificate on chimail.westhost.com. You may see warning messages or errors in your mail client when trying to send/receive emails. We are working with our SSL provider to re-issue the SSL certificate as soon as possible to clear this up.

• Update June 9, 2019, 9:19 AM MST Currently working with administrators to resolve the SSL certificate for chimail.westhost.com. For anyone using an email client, mail.hostedemail.com is a working alternative server name. We will post another update as soon as we have more information.

• Update June 9, 2019, 10:34 AM MST A new SSL certificate has been installed on chimail.westhost.com, and the email server is now back online. Apologies for the inconvenience caused by this incident.
