Hosted Email Webmail login issue

RESOLVED: The Tucows engineering team have resolved the issue. One of the IMAP nodes experienced high loads which caused the issue.

Full functionality has been restored to the mail service and we continue to monitor the situation.

Hosted Email Webmail login issue

We have been informed that the Tucows engineering team is investigating reports of intermittent issues with the mail service. As a result of the issue, customers may experience issues accessing webmail and issues sending and receiving emails via the mail clients.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this continues to cause our customers.

We remain in close dialogue with Tucows and we will continue to keep you updated on our progress.
