Please be advised that hosted email customers are experiencing a delay in inbound email. 3rd Party (Tucows) have acknowledged the issue and are investigating.

Update - We are still observing inbound email delays. Our engineering team is continuing to work on a resolution. We will provide further updates as soon as they become available.

Update - Our engineering team still works to clear out the inbound delays we are seeing improvements but there are still delays for some customers. We'll continue to provide updates as they come.

** Resolved** - Our engineering team was able to clear up the inbound delays, we haven't seen any further reports of delays. This incident is considered resolved.

We are aware of an issue whereby customers may experience intermittent issues with email delays. The engineering team is currently investigating the issues.

UPDATE @ 09:53 UTC - The engineering team is still investigating the root cause of email delays. We will post updates once we have them available.
UPDATE @ 11:54 UTC - The teams are continuing to investigate this issue. Currently, the Network Engineering and Data Centre Technicians are engaged to investigate the issue. We will provide updates as they become available, and appreciate your patience.
UPDATE @ 12:55 UTC - We are still working on this and will update again when there is more progress.
UPDATE @ 14:07 UTC - Our teams are working to diagnose the problem. We want to get the system back up as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. UPDATE @ 15:28 UTC - The teams have found the problem and are working on a fix.
UPDATE @ 16:28 UTC - A fix has been implemented for this issue. We will continue to monitor the stability of the service.
UPDATE @ 18:20 UTC - The issue has been resolved and the system is running as expected.
