The backend billing system is currently experiencing delays, causing SSL certificate renewals and new orders to fail. Technical teams have been engaged to resolve this as soon as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience which you may be experiencing.

  • Update @ 11:58 MDT - Technical teams have been able to locate the problem and are working on implementing a fix.

  • Resolved A fix has been implemented and the billing system is now fully functional. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
