We are aware of an issue whereby a small subset of customers may experience issues with their emails loading in Webmail and Mail Clients. The engineering team is currently investigating the issues.

Some customers may be experiencing errors when sending/receiving emails on our Hosted Email (ChiMail) platform and mail clients. Technical teams are currently investigating as a priority. Further updates will be posted when available. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
