Servers initially unreachable. Looked to be a load issue on the hypervisor. Load has come down and the servers are now accessible.
Continuing to monitor.
UPDATE: @Fri May 17 16:41:17 MDT 2019 - wsl00009 was rebooted to restore service.
UPDATE: @Fri May 17 16:45:08 MDT 2019 - wsl00009 is operational again. All VMs appear to be responding well.
