We are aware of an issue whereby customers may experience intermittent issues with email delays. The engineering team is currently investigating the issues.
We will update this post once we have any further information, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
UPDATE @ 09:53 UTC - The engineering team is still investigating the root cause of email delays. We will post updates once we have them available.
UPDATE @ 11:54 UTC - The teams are continuing to investigate this issue. Currently, the Network Engineering and Data Centre Technicians are engaged to investigate the issue. We will provide updates as they become available, and appreciate your patience.
UPDATE @ 12:55 UTC - We are still working on this and will update again when there is more progress.
UPDATE @ 14:07 UTC - Our teams are working to diagnose the problem. We want to get the system back up as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
UPDATE @ 15:28 UTC - The teams have found the problem and are working on a fix.
UPDATE @ 16:28 UTC - A fix has been implemented for this issue. We will continue to monitor the stability of the service.
