Scheduled Network Maintenance - Chicago

Our Networks Team will be performing maintenance on network devices at our Chicago (CHI-G) cloud location. This maintenance is scheduled to take place on Thursday, February 6th 2025, from 01:00 UTC to 06:00 UTC.
During this time, technical staff will upgrade the software on our border router at our datacentre in Chicago to update its OS firmware, in order to bring the OS firmware up to date.
We do not anticipate any service disruptions, as a redundant pair of routers is in place. However, there is always a risk. We will provide updates here if any issues occur and appreciate your patience during this time. Thank you for your understanding.
