Issues sending to Yahoo, AOL and Sky mailboxes
We are aware of issues sending emails to Yahoo, AOL and Sky mailboxes. We have contacted their technical support team who have acknowledged the incident and have confirmed their engineering team is investigating this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience, we will provide further updates once we have more information.

2024-10-23 08:32:20 Our email team have confirmed improved sending to Yahoo-based domains on our system, with mail queues now showing good delivery rates for email to Yahoo email accounts. Yahoo's engineers continue to investigate the situation, and we are communicating with them during this time. We will continue to monitor our mail queues to ensure deliverability. In the meantime, we recommend customers ensure they are utilising both SPF and DKIM email records to improve deliverability.
