Hostedemail - Webmail and IMAP, POP, SMTP hostname
We are aware of an issue affecting our hosted email services where users may experience an issue accessing our webmail URL and hostname when connecting via IMAP, POP or SMTP.
Our technical support team is working on this issue and will provide you updates when they become available.
In the mean time, updating the hostname on your client to mail.hostedemail.com or accessing the webmail through the link below should work correctly: https://mail.hostedemail.com/
