Partial Email Outage

We are currently investigating an issue that is impacting CHI email. Users using autoresponders on CHI email might be getting their emails deferred. Our operations team has been engaged.

We will provide an update once we have additional information.

UPDATE 10:03 MDT We have been informed by our email admins, this issue has been resolved, and successful tests have been performed.

Update @ Tue Jun 25 05:32:19 MDT 2019: All servers except for wsl00011, wsl00028, wsl00004 and wsl00017 are online and available for use. We have experienced an unexpected issue with the hardware that hosts these four servers and are currently working to resolve it.

Update @ Tue Jun 25 05:56:47 MDT 2019: The problem has been resolved and all servers are up and running once again.
