Planned Maintenence - Sitebuilder Server Upgrade, scheduled 5 days ago

To provide you with the most reliable and robust hosting environment available we will be performing final steps to migrate from our old EOL sitebuilder servers to newer supported versions.

These tasks will have a minimal client impact.

Sitebuilder clients will not be able to write/change site content during this time until the migration is complete, sites will be read-only. There will be a short minute or so where when, reconfigured the basekit load balancers to point to the new servers, that could look like services are down.

Hosted Email Inbound Delays

Investigating - We are currently experiencing inbound mail delays. Our engineering team is investigating the issue.

We will provide an update once we have additional information.

UPDATE ** RESOLVED** Our engineers have completed the investigation and all mail services are resumed to fully operational. Thankyou for you patience regarding during this issue.

We are experiencing email delays. We will provide an update shortly with additional information.

UPDATE - 19:27 UTC: The deployed team has identified the issues causing delays and are taking measures to resolve the said delays and deferrals. Deferrals and delays are still expected.

UPDATE - 21:15 UTC: The mail admin team continues working to resolve the problems in our hosted email service.

UPDATE - Jun 05, 2021 - 09:29 UTC This issue has been resolved as we are no longer seeing issues with new inbound emails.

We are aware of the problem on sl-508-8.slc.westdc.net server, currently accessing and managing customer websites. Our engineers are working to resolve this as a matter of urgency.

UPDATE: This server was recovered at 16:50 BST. Technical teams are continuing to recover MySQL InnoDB Engine. Sites utilizing this service will remain read-only and present errors until the service is fully recovered.

UPDATE: As of 20:00 BST, technical teams had restored the MySQL InnoDB Engine and there were no outstanding issues impacting the server.
