Our system administrators have identified the cause of the connectivity issues seen, and have deployed a fix to restore database connectivity. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Webmail URL Connectivity Issues

We’re currently investigating an issue affecting access to the webmail login page. At the moment, some users may be unable to sign in via the usual webmail portal.
Important: Mail sending and receiving are not affected and continue to work as expected.
As a temporary workaround, you can access your mailbox using the alternative webmail URL: https://stackmail.com

Tickets & Chat System Unavailable

We are currently experiencing an unexpected outage affecting our ticketing system and live chat platform. As a result, customers may be unable to submit new tickets, access existing tickets, or reach our support team via live chat.
This is being actively investigated and we are working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible.
