We are currently experiencing an unexpected outage affecting our CHI ticketing system, which may prevent customers from submitting new tickets or accessing existing ones through their CHI account. In the meantime, customers can continue to receive support by submitting new tickets via our support portal (https://www.westhost.com/support/) or by replying to existing tickets through email. Our team is actively investigating the issue and will provide updates as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
